Up to 20 miles: $25.00
Up to 20-40 miles: $35.00
Up to 40-60 miles: $50.00
Standby time: $30.00 per half hour
***Fees for loan & real estate document signings include all notary and travel fees.

Refunds will not be provided under any circumstance due to: willingness, awareness, cancellations, the ability to establish proper identification or documentation during notarization. Fees are due for all completed signings regardless if the loan is funded or not.
