Appointed by the Ohio Secretary of State, the Notary Public serves to administer oaths, take acknowledgements, and certify documents in addition to other limited duties.

The Notary Public provides mobile services to meet with individuals or businesses at a location of their choice to eliminate the complication of traveling and lack of privacy.

Remote Online Notarizations

The Notary Public is certified by the Ohio Secretary of State to perform remote online notarizations (RON). During the appointment, the Notary Public utilizes a webcam and a platform to review the uploaded document(s), re-verify identity, administer the oath, and digitally sign the document(s).
