Service Description

Seller of vehicle must be present or provide a Power of Attorney (POA). Read below for explanation. Note: There is no such thing as an “Open” title for a private sale in Ohio. An open title is when only the seller has signed the back of the title transferring the ownership, but buyer's section is blank. An open title presents a potential risk to both parties. The seller cannot just sign over the title to the buyer, to have it notarized later; the title transfer section of the document must be completely filled in by the seller and signed before the notary.
